Stokes Industries is a value added service provider that represents you! We do not represent any particular manufacturer, product, or company. There are two options available to you and you may select one or both options:

Option A: Perform a preliminary project review

We will perform a free preliminary project review and provide a response summarizing how a mechanical parking solution may be implemented. Please make sure to include the following information:

1. Overall Parking Goal:
   A) More parking spaces in the same real-estate footprint or;
   B) Same number of parking spaces but reduce the real-estate footprint.
   
   
2. Inventory Goal:
   A) All SUVs
   B) All small cars
   C) A mix
   
   
3. Preferred Solution Type:
   A) Valet
   B) Self-Park
   
   
4. Expected Traffic Type (one or more of the following):
   A) Residential
   B) Commercial (Office)
   C) Retail (Transient)
   D) Storage
   
   

Option B: Schedule a consultation

For large projects we recommend scheduling a consultation with a Stokes Industries parking expert. The initial consultation is best done in face to face meetings with all the responsible people including those who will eventually fund the project. In this meeting we need to review the overall building plans in conjunction with the specific parking requirements. We need to discuss budget restrictions, traffic patterns, operational expectations and any other site specific or customer desired requirements. Our normal fee for two days of consultation with two days of travel for one engineer is US$4,680. However we are currently waving this fee for the initial consultation. We only require that you pay our Business Class travel expenses as well as all like accommodations, meals and travel in country.
